Quality item. These are my design, built to a standard not a price. I have sold 500 +  4 frame electric extractors. Spare parts kept in stock.

Stainless steel food grade 304 construction.  No chrome plated steel basket as advertised elsewhere , the basket is 304 stainless steel. 304 stainless steel will not rust.

304 Stainless steel honey gate , not cheap plastic like elsewhere. Latest guaranteed leak proof seal. Floor not side draining… a point of contention in having to tilt the extractor to get the last honey out. Now you no longer have to do that. Floor is conical.

Tangential ( frames sit at right angle ).

Holds full depth Langstroth frames. The steel rods the frames sit on are 125 mm apart. If you are using W.S.P. , Manley , Ideal or Half Frames cross check by measuring the width of frames. If too small you can put wire or cable ties across the steel rods.

Designed for Australian conditions.

220V 50 Hertz 10 AMP 3 Pin plug. Earthed.

140 watt motor. Direct drive. Very powerful and bigger than 120 watt elsewhere. Motor speed up to 1450 rpm , 5:1 reduction gearbox with 140 watt variable digital speed controller , providing up to 270 R.P.M. of frame basket. Set at 700 r.p.m. for wax foundation and 1450 r.p.m. for plastic foundation. Pics show older model extractor with basic analogue speed controller….see last pic of digital speed controller that will be the one fitted to this latest import.

5 mm hinged plexiglass lids. Magnet holds in place.

Waterproof on / off switch.

Safety switch in lid. Allows to pre set speed. Use it as an on/off switch when extracting.

12 month replacement guarantee on motor and speed controller under normal operating conditions.

Wall thickness of seamless barrel 1.2 mm. Drum height 62 cm. Diameter 49 cm. Depth to where base of frames sit 10 cm. Honey gate to floor 32 cm. You can dyna bolt the legs to a concrete floor. If you need additional height e.g. you are using a large honey tank or you need to move the extractor , tek screw the legs to a pallet. There are holes on each leg for this.

Holds approx. 15 litres of honey. They run smooth. The only assembly required is the fitting of honey gate, lids and legs. Easy. The motor etc. is already done for you.  This is the very latest on the market.

https://www.beeequipmentaustralia.com.au/product/honey-tanks-with-double-strainers-304-stainless-steel/ Depending on the viscosity ( thickness ) of the honey , it takes about 4 minutes to extract the honey. Many prefer the frame set up being tangential to radial , they say honey is extracted faster. This is so because the frames face outwards to the side of the tank. With radial they are like the spokes of a wheel. One customer has just spun 150 kgs of honey.

Beware of buying second hand equipment that has not been eradicated , due to possible disease/s.
