Bee Equipment Australia have a 12 month warranty on extractor motors and switch gear.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Should the extractor require a warranty claim you ( the customer ) are required to contact us quoting invoice number, buyer details and description of the product issue. The warranty is void if you have made any alteration to the product, i.e. cut off the earth pin.
We should be able to sort out your problem quickly. We keep new spare parts.
Returns re incorrect sizing of suits
Return of a purchase is to be advised as soon as possible upon receipt of goods and the return to be received by us within 30 days of purchase.
Postage charges on such returns are not refundable. All postage/returns for a change of size or a change of mind are at the expense of the customer.
We reserve the right to decline an item for a refund if the return is received after 30 days from purchase date, or if the returned item shows signs of wear or is marked or damaged.
Returns
If you are returning a product because of a significant fault we will pay the redelivery costs. If you are returning a product for any other reason the shipping costs are subtracted from the refund.
