After using extractor open honey gate. Honey will pour straight through separating the wax in the strainers. Easy clean up , just use hot water. Clip lid on. Easy. Can be used for long term honey storage. To empty open honey gate and pour honey into jars etc. No spillage , no wasted honey. Thinking well I will just use plastic buckets, they are cheaper. Think again. Hint. Honey is acidic and reacts to plastic turning it alkaline. Honey is best stored in stainless steel and bottled in glass.
