CANDIED / CRYSTALLISED HONEY HEATER

$599.00

New to market.

Turns candied / crystallised honey which is quite solid back to a liquid. Put the heat probe straight into the bucket. No need to empty and tip into a heated tank.

Temperature operative range 0 – 85 degrees celcius. Set manual dial at 30 degrees celcius as optimum setting to liquify honey without over heating or burning. This ensures all the goodness of your honey is retained. Time to achieve 30 degrees from room temperature approx. 1/2 to 1 hour. I had these tested for accuracy prior to ordering.

Red light on and the honey is being heated. When temperature attained red light goes off.

Approx 1 metre in overall length. Waterproof. Australian power plug. 220-240 v. 400 watts. Heating coil size 28 cm x 20 cm.

The sugar in honey is formed from glucose and fructose. Candied / crystallised honey occurs when the sugar separates from the water. The glucose forms sugar crystals.

Free freight Australia wide.

This is better than the 70 litre and 90 litre heated honey tanks. I sold them for years and still sell the spare parts. They are temperature accurate. They have an outside water jacket which heats the honey. Underneath are 3 weld areas which require silicon as they are not water tight. Over time the temperature probe fittings need replacement. The water level indicator is an exposed glass tube which is easily broken. You need to empty and tip the honey into a heated tank , not always easy with solidified candied honey. Cost was more expensive at $ 699 + freight for 70 litre and $ 899 + freight for 90 litre.
